I realize that because we live on a semi-rural island, that it might take a little longer to clean the snow up. And also, that because Seattle is not accustomed to snowy weather, that we don’t have the infrastructure to have a quick response. But seriously, it’s been 5 days.
I honestly feel like it’s a sign of failing infrastructure and buget deficits; just as we have been unable to respond adequately to any number of natural disasters. And with things how they are, I feel as if they are only going to get worse.
